Congress official language
English will be the official language of the congress. All printed material and poster presentations must be in English. There will be continuous translation from English to Greek.

Abstracts submission
The abstracts should include "Background", "Material and Methods", "Results" and "Discussion".
Submission of abstracts should be done only electronically on-line at: www.isbb.gr

CME Accreditation
The "4th International Congress on Brain and Behaviour" will be accredited with CME credits for the main congress program, by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) Institution of the UEMS, to provide CME activity for medical specialists, recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA).

Registration fee for all participants except students includes:

Cancellation policy
Written cancellation received by 31/08/2009: no cancellation fees
Written cancellation or overnight reduction received between 01/09/2009 and 30/09/2009: one (1) night charge apply
Written cancellation or overnight reduction received between 01/10/2009 and 31/10/2009: 50% cancellation fees apply

Written cancellation or overnight reduction received after 01/11/2009:  100% cancellation fees apply

Exhibition and Sponsorship
An exhibition will take place in the Congress venue throughout the Congress. For any further information regarding the sponsorships, please contact the Congress Secretariat.   

Visa Requirements
Participants requiring an entry-visa to Greece may request for an invitation letter for visa purpose to the Congress Secretariat. This invitation will not imply any obligation from the Congress Organizer to provide any financial support.

The Congress Organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or as a result of the congress. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
