Instructions for Abstract Submission
Abstract submission would be possible by electronic means only. Deadline for abstract submission is August 31st, 2009.
Abstract Format
Abstracts must be typed in English (preferably in Times New Roman 11pt).
Each abstract should be structured in four paragraphs (Background, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion).
The title must be in capitals and should not exceed 20 words.
In author(s)’ name(s), please put initials first. Omit titles. The name of the Presenting Author should be in bold letters. Separate multiple authors’ names with commas.
Mention Institution(s) where the presented work was done. Please include City and Country.
The Introduction should be short and concisely stating the purpose of the study.
In Material & Methods, give enough details for the reader to understand, how your presented work was done, and which techniques were used to get the stated results? Please include details of statistical methods used.
In Results, if the methods used produced numerical data, then numbers must be presented with appropriate statistical results.
Conclusions should be clearly based on the presented results.

How to submit
Abstracts should be submitted only online. Abstract submission will open by Friday, June 5th, 2009. The online system will take you step by step through the abstract submission process.
Acceptance / Rejection of a Presentation
The Scientific Committee will review and grade all submitted abstracts blinded for author(s) and institution(s). Selected abstracts will be presented as Oral or Poster presentations. Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation will be notified and will receive information regarding their presentation by September 30th, 2009. |
